"Room was very small, making it virtually impossible to open a suitcase for a change of clothes. Air conditioning was via a portable unit, which had to vent into the corridor. This meant that to have anything like an acceptable temperature in the room, the door had to be left open all night. There is a glass partition between the shower/toilet and the beds, giving very little privacy. However close you are to your travelling companion, you are unlikely to want to be in such close and open...

"I travelled with my teenage daughter and we loved our little attic studio, it was clean and warm and had everything we needed, besides being quirky and cute. The area was excellent too, quiet but close to shops and cafés. I would definitely recommend Hotel Leopold's studios to anyone who doesn't struggle with stairs "

"Hotel Bla Bla is a cute, well-located hotel in Bruges. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a cute indoor and door eating area. We stayed in the smaller full-size room. I wouldn't recommended it for more than one person. It was quite cramped trying to fit two people and luggage in one space. If you have the chance, upgrade to the larger room. Both the room and bathroom will be larger. The hotel offers a nice cold continental breakfast for an additional 14 euros, which is comparable to...

"The layout of the hotel is odd because it's shared with a restaurant annd access is through a dark and narrow alley. There is no one on duty 24/7 so don't expect a rescue in an emergency such as accidentally locking yourself out of your room or the hotel after hours. My room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Good value for money considering the very central location."

"A cosy and well looked after Guest House with a generous and delicious continental buffet breakfast. Fleur (the host) is very welcoming and multilingual. Well recommended for visiting Brugge. 20 mins walk into the city centre or buses regularly run from close to the door."

"The apartment was so nice especially with 3 children, we brought practically everything we needed with us down to towel, the down bulk bed was a bit too low, one have to be careful getting in and out, the blanket stink of sweat, please do wash the blanket, you have to the check-in yourself, the customer service was contacted via email, and they respond almost immediately, nice location 10 minutes walk to the beach, getting around will be better with a car, I would highly recommend."
