"Had a lovely weekend break with my girlfriend and enjoyed every bit of this hotel - my only criticism is that they advertise pool, jaquizzi and spa - but the pool is basically a pond in the garden (with fish in it) and spa is a small out house with tiny sauna in it. They also charge an extra fee for using the spa, which is disappointing considering the amount you spend on the room. We decided against using the spa for that reason. "

"Beautiful little boutique BnB just a stone's throw from the main square. Great view, breakfast room and service. "

"Great location, it’s a 15 min walk to old central Bruges. The room is a little small, but comfortable, although some nicer pillows would be good. Be aware the walk up is steep and narrow, like so many European rooms. The breakfast part is a little pricey but nice, I think if you book it in advance you can save a few$. The parking is close, but it’s a tight fit in the garage for anything small suv size or bigger. Overall a great stay."

"Thomas was a very courteous and helpful host throughout. The accommodation worked very well for our family of four and the location was ideal. "

"Warmly welcomed in person into the grand and beautiful house. Ample parking. Our hosts assisted with dinner reservations a short walk away and had a delicious breakfast spread the next morning. The family room was very spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable with the softest sheets. It’s evident that the hosts enjoy treating their guests to luxurious little details. I only wish we had the time to spend another night and enjoy the grounds more. "

"This property is a real treasure in that it’s managed by the owners who greet you upon arrival and provide you with a wonderful breakfast. Rooms are small, and there is a lack of storage, but the charm of this place and location made up for that small shortcoming. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the kitchenette and clean swimming pool. "What a beautiful property to visit Bruges! It was so quiet and secluded but near all the sights. Our room was so spacious and had a balcony that we enjoyed tea on in afternoon. The bathroom and bedroom was luxurious! Immanuel was a fantastic host and the breakfast was so delicious and fresh. He even sat down with us and the map to help us find the places we were interested in. Highly recommend "

"One of the best B&B we have stayed, great location, rooms and excellent service!! "

"Always like to stop here. Very clean, kind stuff, amazing breakfast. But will never book again the budget room in the hot summer. It is impossible to sleep as it is very warm and the ventilator does not help. Would be nice to have air-conditioning. Luckily I got a Comfort room for the last night and we were happy with my dog there. We'll be back 🐕❤️"

"Good facilities, good size for 6 people supermarket 5 minute walk away. Spa and pool excellent the kids loved it, well equipped kitchen. The only problem was the smoke detectors are very sensitive, there's one on the bathroom which was triggered by steam from the shower and one was set off by spray deodorant, so security show up and say there's a problem and you have to open the balcony door, not ideal in winter. Overall a good stay."

"Absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely come back. The room was spacious and adorable. It even had these massive windows that opened up. The room was literally by the water and the view of the canal from the room was stunning. The shower was great too. They have complimentary hot chocolate in the room as well. And during check out, they give you some complimentary chocolate cookies! Since it was cold outside I asked if the heating could be increased. They gave me a portable heater and it was great! Only downside is that there is no elevator. Thankfully I was on the first floor!"

"WiFi was drop constantly. It would happen every 5 minutes. After I mentioned it to the staff it did get better but it would still happen throughout the day. This was not a huge deal but became frustrating when I was try to address an issue with a previous hotel and the WiFi would drop and it delayed my conversation with them. "

"Superior room was worth the extra cost, compared to standard rooms that we saw. Breakfast was very good and the service was very efficient and friendly. Our room faced the road and traffic was noticeable early in the morning. Our bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell which we informed the Reception of, but it was not resolved unfortunately."
