"Comfortable stay. Only complaint is bathroom is small and sink is on outside of bathroom. I know alot of hotels do this but it is gross because that means guest are touching door knobs before getting to sink to wash hands. On positive note, hotel staff was very friendly and nice, room/hotel was clean, and fast check in. "

"Property was perfect for our 1 night stay. The area was in the older part of Evansville by the river. Historical homes and churches were all around. Close enough to Ford Center to be able to walk there. Hotel parking was convenient. It would have been nice to know there was $10 charge prior to checking out. "

"There are signs distributed on the walls of updates and construction happening so you expect it to see it, didn’t see anything too crazy,. May have felt some weaker spots on the floor but it’s a nice place, not really any clear damage"

"Better than expected. Everything was great from check in to the condition and smell of the room. Breakfast was above and beyond the normal. Overall a great experience for a Holiday Inn Express-they have upped their game at this location."

"This property is undergoing a lot of construction. The pool is not open in mid Feb at the time of this review. The bed and room was perfectly fine and the check in process was seamless; thanks Austin. Overall, 4/5 but I’d stay here again once the construction is finished."

"The rooms had no carpeting and very low use, if any, of room spray. The walls had no pictures, etc. So I found that the room was great for my allergies. The room was large with a side table and comfortable chairs. The bed was comfortable and didn't cause back or hip pain. The bathroom was clean. The shower was good. The TV was oversized. I'm 77 with allergies and hip and back problems. This room was ideal for me."
