"Stopped here overnight on a road trip to LA. Just needed a clean safe place to lay our head for the night. The check in and check out staff were very nice. Decent price for the stay, would stay here again given a chance. "

The morning representative was exceptionally helpful and courteous, whereas the afternoon staff member appeared unhappy and struggled with decision-making. When inquiring about temporarily storing my luggage for an hour while returning the car rental and heading to the airport, she was unwilling to assist without consulting her manager, demonstrating inadequate customer relation skills and leaving the guest unsatisfied."

I noticed that while the room was quite clean and the floor was quiet, the recent painting had left noticeable fumes, and additional rooms on the floor were also in the process of being painted. I truly appreciate the improvements being made; however, I believe that completing the refresh one floor at a time might have been less disruptive for both guests and employees. "

"This property has some serious maintenance issues, with key cards that randomly deactivate, locking you out, strange bugs in the rooms and literal pieces missing out of the laminate floor which is craving and coming up in places. There's also huge patches in the walls and floors and ceiling that aren't finished with paint, just really sloppy drywall. "

"Mohammad at the front desk was a great help, I really appreciate his accommodation for me and his great customer service skills. My boyfriend and I get rooms often to have alone time away from the kids and we both can’t believe we didn’t find this location sooner. We will definitely stay again "
