"The room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff - kind and helpful. Had to go to several floors to find a drink vending machine that worked. The driveway was not plowed upon arrival. Most cars including myself got stuck trying to get out in the morning. I understand winter storms in VT but parking lot was poorly maintained - disappointing. "

I was most amazed at not only the timely clearing of the parking lots well before 7 am from 6 inches of snow, but also at then clearing the snow of all the vehicles parked there! Will certainly be back to stay here again"

"Good communication prior to stay. Waited for about 12 minutes for someone to come give us our key and show our room on arrival. No temp control in room didn’t bother us though. Very comfortable and well appointed rooms. Full access to kitchen/fridge/etc. very thin walls. Heard noise from laundry room and adjacent rooms bathroom fans as well as footsteps. The owner is very friendly and nice. It is a nice place for family/group. Lots of areas to hang out. Beautiful views. Overall nice...
