"I've stayed a several Hilton Honor properties during a road trip, and I've come to see consistent high standards. This place is quite new. The lobby and rooms are all very cute and inviting. The highlight has to be the pool. It has a water slide. The kids will love it. You go pretty fast through it. As an avid swimmer, I found that I could swim against the current coming out of the slide and stay still in the pool while practicing kicking, of course when nobody was using the slide. I found...

"This property was located, conveniently right off the freeway. However, you did not hear any freeway noise. It had a pool and Jacuzzi however the pool was not working, but I did use the Jacuzzi. I had my dog with me and that worked out well they had a good breakfast in the morning and the staff was extremely helpful."

"This is an accommodating Holiday Inn Express hotel. It is very near the Rushmore mall and associated shopping. Downtown Rapid City is a ways away. One would not be able to walk from this hotel to any other business. There are a couple of gas stations, nearby, and the hotel is just off interstate 90. The hotel has a nice swimming pool. The room was clean and well put together. Breakfast was good. This is a fairly good choice for shopping and for traveling on interstate 90."
