From the time I arrived, I felt comfortable. One night I came in late and the front desk opened the door for me! Hotel staff were very accommodating and the housekeeper on Saturday did a fantastic job! I will book here in the future! Very kid friendly too!

I liked the place had a kitchen you could cook in (if needed). I had to leave for the airport (11miles away) at 3:30am. Nobody working, kind of desolate outside at night, I was by myself.

Very dirty staff was rude and lied to you Manager was no help. Contacted corporate as well which they only offered a limited amount of help. They said solve it with the on-site manager who was useless to deal with.

This was an extended stay property so the bed and bedding were not that good. Almost minimal. Overall the stay was fine buti would spend more and go for something better if i had it to do again. And the tv remote would not work. Called desk and got no answer. When i went down was told "the driver" would come up and fix it. As my wife was in the shower i said if it's changing input on tv i could handle it. Volume still didnt work.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. My only gripe would be that the shuttle for the airport will come at 0445 at the earliest. I stayed here FOR the shuttle service. My flight left at 0530 so that wasn’t enough time…. I wish they would use a shuttle service that started earlier. I ended up paying $47 to a cab :(

The place was clean, beds were a 7 out if 10 for comfort, the bathroom had plenty of towels. This place is very average quality. Wall damage from water in the bathroom, elevator was very very slow and would shake real bad. Breakfast was less than average. No eggs or meat. Coffee was good.
