Night desk person very nice and accommodating. Very friendly. Day staff was rude, awful and not customer service friendly. Will not be going back to this hotel. Beds were very comfortable and water pressure and hot water amazing. Pool was not working and didnt say that on the site or we would have went to a nicer hotel. Not satisfied.

We loved the brightness of the lights. Usually hotels are so dim. Reminder no elevator, but it was fine for us. Nice staff. It took a long time to get hot water

This motel is a good value for the money. Rooms were comfortable, and cold breakfast was provided. I always appreciate hot water for tea in the breakfast area. Staff were helpful and pleasant.

I liked the location of the hotel. It is closed to I-90, a shopping mall and also Walmart. You only need to drive less than 5 mins to them.

The check-in was a little strange. The first person was unfriendly and told us to wait. We waited about 10 minutes which included a personal phone call. Then someone else took over and he was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. The rooms weren't as clean as they should be.
