When I got there at 9:00 I was told there was no accessible room for me available. Can you imagine if I needed one and they had given it away. I tried to ell the check in person, but he was too busy on his phone to listen. Then he have me two beds in a room. Then he told me my card was declined, which I knew it was not possible.
