From the moment my Mom and I walked in until the time we left, everyone was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The lobby was decorated very beautifully. Really nice hotel!

They failed to tell me they were under construction I just woken up at 6am each time, there was fire alarm drills no one notified anyone about, the pool was disgustingly dirty could not use it the whole stay because the cleaning person was apparently off. I wasted my time and money on an unprofessional ass place to get some peace when all I got was the extreme.

One-night stay. I've stayed at this Radisson several times in the past, and probably will do again in the future. Cleanliness is the most important to me, and this Radisson fits that bill, even though there are renovations happening. The price on Expedia was reasonable, the staff is exceptional, and the Christmas decorations in the lobby are so pretty. It's a basic, practical hotel, perfect for a sleep-over, and that was just what we needed.

Everything was outdated. People were smoking in their rooms. There was a fight in the hallway outside of our room and woke up our toddler and scared him. The cops were called and then the fighting continued after police left. I felt unsafe and would not return here.
