Check in was great Dylan was a good chap Started going down hill with cold water shower and finding remains of excrement on one of the towels in the morning Reported to female on reception around 8.30 she struggled to understand cold water shower and did not know what excrement was! Would not stay again

Very Bad Hotel
The stay was terrible, they say they are remodeling well they need to put that up in lights, it was a terrible experience with pealing wallpaper, dirty carpet, shower that hardly produced any water, old towels and just terrible. The location was close to PARX which was great and a 25 min drive to center city, 9 mins from Franklin mills.. but the hotel itself was terrible. maybe after there remodel it might be better.... sadly I was not impressed and would have paid a little more to be next door at the Holiday Inn.

Breakfast was okay. Food was warm not hot.The room was fine but the toilet overflowed filling the room with water. We had to wade through the water to get our clothes and personal items out of there. Our feet were wet and my sandals soaking wet. We had to move to another room, and wasted60 minutes of our time. They are remodeling and it was noisy. Definitely would not return again.
