"Great breakfast and amazing kitchen staff. Liked that there was an indoor pool and hot tub and fitness center. But, our window in our room had a very large crack which allowed a dragt and it was freezing outside. Also, the bathroom handle on the inside of the door was broken & it kept falling off when you attempted to exit the restroom after using it. My poor wife almost panicked cause she got stuck in there 3 times! She didnt want me getting anyone at that moment because she was embarrassed....

"I visited my brother, and we stayed at the hotel that is under renovation. Most things were new (not the remote) and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Shower door was hard to close and then kind of got stuck. Not ice bucket had to get one from front desk. Ice machine did not work on 3rd floor, but we did have a good stay. "
