"If you’re looking for a substitute for the Marriot or Holiday Inn, look elsewhere. If you want to stay in a historic warehouse with distinctive charm, this is the place. Our 16 yr old daughter was mildly uncomfortable, which I exacerbated with fabricated horror tales of ghosts in the upper level. Haha. We would stay again. "

"Overall an amazing condo! I stayed for two months while working in Evansville and everything was perfect about the place. 10/10 location with restaurants and coffee shops a minute walk away and close to the Ford center too. Additionally, the host was very communicative, friendly, and just a great host. I will be staying here if I am ever in Evansville again!"

"My husband and I came down to celebrate our anniversary and visit Green River distillery. Randy’s home was perfect for us! He met us at check in and gave a walk through of the home. It’s clean, comfortable and beautiful. We didn’t stay long enough to use the kitchen, but had we needed to, it had everything necessary and then some. We loved the hot tub and privacy in the backyard. Check out Moonlite BBQ and Callas while there. If we return to Owensboro, we would love to stay in Randy’s home...

"We stayed at this home for a volleyball tournament and it was absolutely perfect! The house was incredibly spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, just like the photos, but even better in person.
