"I booked this hotel after reviewing the Expedia advertisement. The problem for me is the photos of the very nice modern looking room in the profile is from another hotel down the road. "Checked-in at around 10pm and the process took about 25 minutes. Why does the hotel need to know if I'm married? Why does the hotel need to know my occupation? Questions were asked which made the check-in process feel intrusive - other hotels in Colombia have not asked me half the questions this place did. "Definitely, you get what you pay for: if you need a place with Wifi and breakfast included for a good start of the day, this is the place... as long as you plan to stay away until the night. It is highly inconvenient if you are placed in a 3rd-floor room, because there is no elevator available and no one to help you: you have to take care of your own luggage, bringing it upstairs. Be careful with the premises: I came back one afternoon, just to find the door open and the bathroom flooded....

"This property has everything you need for a good stay. The wifi is good, the AC is cold, beds are newer, breakfast is good. The staff are super accommodating. It’s got the enclosed parking and and a small pool. Really at this price point is impossible to beat. The only drawback is the location is not in the City center, but it’s a 2 $ can ride to the Malecon. We reserved for 1 night and ended up staying 5. Recommended."
