"Amazing staff! When I checked in, the gentleman who works over night, his name starts with a “G” believe. I cannot believe I forgot his name. I had some troubles checking in and he took care of me. He told me about he loves spending time with his children, especially now that he’s working overnight he loves working in hospitality and he’s been in it for a while. Very welcoming and accommodating. My room was spectacular. The only complaint I have is the room smelled like feet when I entered....

"Older property but was a decent location for our trip and we needed the airport shuttle. Check in was easy and smooth. Rooms a little outdated. Pillows are good. "

"Overall clean, comfortable bed. Linen was clean.refrigerator, microwave, tv all worked.Shuttle to airport, was happy for that. Breakfast was served at 6am same time as my departure. Didn’t look like a lot of options. Love the proximity to airport will definitely stay again when I visit Houston again. "

"The hotel room was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. The only thing I would warn guests about is the bill. When we were checking out, I asked for a hard copy of the bill. They were charging us for Valet Service and a MasterCard fee. We did not use the Valet Service. It was promptly taken off when we told them, but how many times have they gotten away with that? Just check your final bill."
