"The Glasshouse was truly a lovely experience. My room was comfortable and quiet, the view was incredible, and breakfast was consistently lovely. But what made the experience memorable was the staff. However at around 12.30am the couple next door decided to have a domestic and our kids got scared listening to this. Adam the night porter moved us to another room within minutes of asking him.
