Ballina Manor was okay but needs some update to its overall condition. Was a bit disappointed that there was no temperature control in the room as it was rather stuffy in there. In summary, nice but could improve. Hotel staff was okay. Not rude, but definitely not excellent service

If you need to stay in the center of Ballina.. this is your hotel...walkable from the train station. Staff are so friendly,helpful and professional.Check in was easy. Rooms are clean and cozy. The only thing I would say is that there is no Air-conditioning so room was warm. Breakfast included was excellent offering a true Irish Breakfast Overall, i world highly recommend this Hotel to anyone.

The handles on the doors In the public areas need a very good polishing. I have stayed many times at that hotel and the door handles in the public areas ie the bedrooms quarters’ fire doors have never been cleaned.
