I specifically rented this room because my wife likes to take a bath, once we were at the property the owner said that the room we rented had a tub but we couldn't use it.. and that they had other room that had a functioning tub????????? I'm pretty sure he was trying to scam me to pay more for the same room I already paid for.. Well why wouldn't I get...

"Muy mala experiencia en este hotel. Es un pequeñito hotel sobre la avenida más ruidosa de Aguas Calientes. Nos dieron una habitación en el piso 4. No hay ascensor. La habitación tenía un mal olor a orines. El desayuno es bastante modesto y los huevos estaban fríos. Para terminar de cerrar este horrible capítulo nos echaron del hotel a pesar de tener una reservación confirmada con hoteles.com alegando que la reservación existía pero que el hotel estaba lleno y no podían respetar la segunda noche...

"The hotel was very gracious to hold all of our luggage while we made the trip to Machu Picchu. They secured it in a room off the main lobby. The lobby was clean and had comfortable sofas. I had an issue with the reservation Hotel.com charged me for the room but the hotel didn't have the reservation. I was with others so was able to stay in another room.
