"When booking we were not informed of no air conditioning. My wife has asthma and she can not stay in any unit without A/C. As per the unit! It was nice, Not beachfront as stated! BUT! Jimbo, your manager was absolutely great. He helped us in every way to locate another unit etc. etc. You have a great employee!!! Regards; Dean"

"Location is perfect. Right near ocean, pool, restaurant, bar. Nice view of water. Huge patio. Not over furnished, lots of room in unit. Very pleased!"

"It exceeded our expectations. The unit was very clean. Nice welcome gifts. The complex is in a great location. Close to the evening food trucks. Washer/dryer in the unit. Best of all, previous guests had left numerous beach toys and gear. Beach chairs, umbrella, masks, beach towels, beach cooler and more. "

"Pleasantly impressed by this condo. Finally a condo furnished with mid-century furniture. My suggestions:fewer & lighter beach towels, put up lots of hooks on the lanai and get of everything but the table & chairs, fix louvre window levers in bedroom. For older couples think about trip hazards"

"Easy entry and ground floor unit was convenient. Parking spot was also very close. Beach is an easy walk across the street! The beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and towels were such a bonus!! Condo had everything we needed except bbq utensils. The pans and some dishes could use an update. One complaint we had is the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. We were grateful the unit had air mattresses to use instead. Also, the shower floor has mildew around the edges and corners. "

It was a trip of a lifetime to have all of us together under one roof celebrating my 50th, our wedding at Merriman’s, a luau, and simply just being together. Words...
