"when we arrived, at 7 pm, there was no receptionist. we were given a different room than what had been required and the person in charge (waitress) couldn't help much as there was no receptionist available. Given that the hotel for that day was fully booked, they should have a person in charge to support customers."

"I like that it is conveniently located, good lighting in the room.separate shower & toilet, very helpful staff in giving directions & lend me an electric fan as room is warm. The lower part of wall could have been repainted.Whether windows closed or open noise outside is terrible people speaking loudly without consideration especially around midnight. This has ruined my stay. I asked the housekeeping not to clean my room but she still sorted my room given me fresh towels but sadly have thrown...

"This is a very basic hotel. And the price reflects this. I arrived late and was just there for a bed for the night. Guy on reception - friendly Automatic lights in corridors - bit unreliable Room - spacious. Decor - probably needs a job doing Cleanliness - OK Bed - comfortable Location - very close to Brussels Midi Summary - good for a bed for the night - probably wouldn't be booking here if you are in Brussels for a mini break etc. "

"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette.
