Wasnt the cleanest but the cleaning fee isnt horrible. For someone more picky this may not be the place for u for us it was fine, it justbfelt like they had kids. "The house has a very nice dock on a more quiet part of Lake Champlain. My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was very peaceful and the nature around is beautiful. The owner was very responsive and accomodating throughout our stay."

"We are long-time summer residents who needed alternative housing. We are so glad that we were able to rent this home. You walk in the door, and just wow. The view is 180 degrees of mountains, lake, and clouds. You can just enjoy the view all day. Everything was well stocked and comfortable. Beds were great.
