"This was our second stay at the Marion. It's like spending the night at the museum. You can read the history of the original owner if you spend a few minutes at the waterfront Chinese Heritage Museum. The hotel is very close to bars and restaurants on Carpenter St. that can be noisy on occasion. We have stayed in the Chapel wing both stays and we're not bothered by street noise. "Good location and very friendly staff. The room itself is very clean and tidy. Whereas toilet is ok, though could be slightly cleaner. Maybe staff was in a rush to clean it."
