Oversized firm pillows disnt help. Asked and recieved extra pillows that werent so firm which helped, but it wasnt good sleeping for either of us. I feel bad saying as the staff was so great"

"We were booked into this hotel by Orbitz as part of a flight reservation, a hotel for a few hour stop prior to a 3:40 AM flight out of Lima Peru. The hotel had no record of our Orbitz reservation, and so would have charged us their full rate, rather than the highly discounted rate promised by Orbitz as part of the flight package.
