"Enjoyed our stay and location of Hotel. Staff really lovely.Upgraded to Executive room, but didnt feel it was wirth the extra £60. Lovely toiletries, but not enough for 2 adults for 2 days. Same with coffee.. Ordered steak (medium)however in my opinion it was rare. I choked on the steak and had to leave it. "This hotel is in a great location and attached to the central train station in Glasgow. We stayed there for one night at the end of our trip to Edinburgh as we had an early flight the following day. Very simple and economical to take the train from Edinburgh. The taxi drive to the airport from the hotel was 35 pounds. Staff was very helpful and courteous, the linens and room were very clean. Only downside was that our view was of a brick wall and the roof of the train station."

"Beautiful location--pictures do not do it justice. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults. Be prepared for the stairs, but it is so worth it! Peaceful, beautiful surroundings. First class interior. Cant recommend it enough!"
