"This is a revised review. Audrey was extremely accommodating during our entire visit. We had a minor problem with check in but she resolved the issue to our satisfaction. TRL met all of our needs with clean and friendly atmosphere. The breakfast far exceeded expectations with fresh pastry and baked goods. We have been visitors for over 30 years and look forward to our next visit. Eddie & Debby "

"My group couldn't have been happier with our stay here! It was reasonably priced and super convenient to drive to ski resorts, shopping, restaurants, etc. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was great, our suite was spacious and clean. We will be back!"

"I thought The Shire was great!. Very clean. Friendly staff. Great coffee. Quiet. Walking distance to town. This is a motel like set up. No restaurant but plenty around and a grocery store across the street. Rugs in rooms. I don’t like that but they were very clean. Excellent shampoo, high quality body cream that smelled great! Nice touch! "

"its a good stays. The employees were very nice especially the one who sever and prepare the breakfast. There were 2-3days the shower doesn’t seems to have enough hot water and been told the broiler and furnance was broken and needed service. Otherwise it was all good. "
