On one hand they had decent hot eggs and sausage, make your own waffles, but no toast, muffins, yogurt, or fruit, which would have been nice. On our last morning, they ran out of cereal or milk. "Everything was good EXCEPT the elevator is not working and we were put on 3rd floor …. For older people and people with mobility difficulties they should be made aware of this issue PRIOR to checking in and offered main floor if possible or they could make an informed decision to go elsewhere . We were offered assistance with the luggage BUT the people still need to get to the room as well. Elevators NEED to be in working order . "

"Room was clean, breakfast was standard, the drive to Sedona was about 30 mins but the view on the way was beautiful and we saved quite a bit by staying in Cottonwood. The historic downtown area had some great restaurants. "

"I liked this hotel it was very clean and reasonably priced. Beds were comfortable and I had a King sweet. It was a large room. The only thing I didn’t like was their Tv had no direct tv. It was an app/ Streaming device, you had to download a 4.99 app from the App Store to use it. I felt that that was crazy. "
