"This place starts on the 2nd floor although the front desk (check-in) is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator.. Breakfast is the best I had in Italy for a hotel, customer service was great. It is obvious to me that that this hotel is trying to deliver great customer service, they had a kitchen in which you could go get hot water, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.. for free 24 x 7. They also had vending machines. For the price of these rooms, the rooms were very comfortable. The rooms were decent...

Passing by the corridor there appear to be rooms that were better prepared. Also, it was difficult to sleep some nights due to noise outside in the area and hearing a shower running from another room. Overall, it was an average experience. "
