"This is the second time I've stayed at this property and once again it was a very rewarding experience. It's a family run hotel and there is a great deal of warmth toward customers. My room was well maintained and I really like the fact that there was always somebody at the front desk in the event I had a question. Giovanni was very helpful on arranging transport for me to the train station.. I look forward to return to Lucca when I do, hopefully I'll be able to stay at this property again."

"The staff at this property took excellent care of us. They were patient, kind, and helpful. The food was very fresh and flavorful. The shower was a little difficult to get working properly but we figured it out in the end. Really loved the view from the balcony too. 10/10 would stay again. "

"Avevo prenotato per tre notti, malauguratamente ho dovuto andare via un giorno prima, nonostante che al check in ho avvisato che sarei andato via anticipatamente ho dovuto pagare la terza notte completa , mi è stato detto che non esisteva neanche una penale. Veramente spiacevole poichè ritenevo Expedia una società di cui potersi fidare, con questo comportamento avete perso un cliente e non solo perchè lo comunicherò ad altri Vostri clienti. "

"Beautiful place and unique vibe. The host is amazing - we had a special experience there. The breakfast was different with homemade dishes and generally it was very good compared to other farmers we stayed in our trip. Very recommended."

"Very friendly managers. Good location. Everything as advertised! We had a 2nd floor apt with balcony. There is a nice shared patio on ground floor. Minutes from both train stations. Terme has be devastated by covid and hence fewer tourist. We stayed a week and made trips to Firenze, Luca, Pisa. and alto. Small but very nice."
