"The property is very clean and modern. The room size was great as was the bathroom with a lovely big walk in shower. Our room was on the front of the property which had a direct view of the Tower of Pisa. Absolutely outstanding. The staff were very polite and the concierge spoke good English. We arrived too early to check in but we're allowed to leave our luggage with them free of charge so we could enjoy the area a little before checking in. "Decided to stay here because of the 5 star reviews and wasn’t disappointed. Yes it’s the opposite side of Lucca to the train station and outside the city walls but it was only a 30 minute walk because Lucca is so tiny. Gave me the opportunity to get my bearings. And only a 5 minute walk back to the wall. Was able to check in just after 11am. Room was huge as was the bathroom & both immaculately clean. And there was a kettle! Breakfast was fantastic and laid out with great care. Lovely...
