"Some of the furnishings are older but the rooms are always clean. My room was spacious, had a Keurig, a nice TV, and a new microwave and fridge. The property layout is convenient and the common areas and parking are well lit and on camera. There are vending machines and an ice machine convenient to the rooms. I plan to stay here whenever I’m in New Paltz. "

"Check-in was VERY slow, but the staff is great. This place isn't fancy--the front hall smells like dogs--but there were four things I really liked that are super-important to me: 1. The room was really clean. 2. The hotel itself is very quiet--more so than more upscale places I've stayed. I'm guessing that's because this is an extended stay place, so residents are more careful about being obnoxious because they're not checking out the next day. 3.
