"Great improvement over years ago. Rooms very clean. Front door attendants pleasant but need to be a bit more proper and not 'chill.' Please place bottles of water in the room for guest convenience (just pass along the nominal cost if you need to); that is 'easy fix' low-hanging service fruit that you need to address. Thank you "

"Second visit to this particular hotel and we were similarly pleased with it. Very friendly upon arrival and we were able to get an early check in which greatly helped with our plans as we were attending a Celebration of life Gathering. Especially nice was the morning breakfast. The atmosphere was very warm and welcoming as was the attendant, whose name was Fibi. Kudos all around!"
