"The corridors are looking a bit shabby now, but the apartments were fine. Friendly staff, but with lots of rules and you're not allowed to take ski boots into your rooms. Good location for ski-in ski-out, but a bit of a trek to and from the bus station if you're travelling that way."

"The only good thing about this hotel is the location. The room was filthy from the start. No one came to clean our room during our stay so we had to go and request new towels and buy toilet roll. The mattress had a mysterious looking pee stain which was quickly uncovered as our bed sheet on our double bed was actually two single sheets placed horizontally (which is very uncomfortable and moves during the night). "The place is very ran down. The staff is very rude, specially Olivia and sonele. They screamed at me because they made a mistake on their end regarding the breakfast. The food tastes worse than hospital or school food. No hospitality at all. The beds and pillows were the level of a hostel. The bathroom had no soap. "A charming small town and a great staff, especially at dinner where our English and their French had difficulty, they were patient and helped us through the menu. Room was on the small side, but perfectly located and we loved it there. "
