"Overall enjoyable stay. Good value for money and lovely heated pool and garden. Room was average for motel chain but was clean and furnishings in good condition. Only negatives were the $7 charge for safe use in and poor check in experience. It was very slow, and after 10mins the room key didn’t work on two occasions. We were up graded to a premium room facing the pool which was much quieter (note standard rooms face a noisy road) but key card only worked for one night even though are stay was...

"It was a Saturday night and there was an outdoor bar close by and we were worried about the rowdies keeping us up. There were none, we had a very peaceful night. On site there was an actual hot spring that was large in my opinion, which was sperate from the pool area, which was nice. The place was clean."

"The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Adequate parking. Housekeeping, can be improved. I asked for a couple of bathtowels at around 4 PM upon check-in. Around 10.00 PM, a room attendant brought two hand towels and two wash rags! (I did not need those)"
