"The facilities are mostly new. Males toilet wouldn’t flush without multiple efforts and adding water from hose which is unpleasant when dealing with a communal toilet that has been vomited in. Unable to get hot water in shower, Luke warm at best. I like a firm bed but these were beyond hard. "

"The Cosy River is a great option for a NYE stay on a budget. Great value for the price. The lobby hosts are attentive to your requests. The beds are comfortable and the view of ICONSIAM is great. On NYE they open the rooftop if you'd like to see the fireworks from that view. The rooms are clean as well and are easily accessible with two elevators in the property."

"Basic room with private bath. No windows. All fine. Could easily hear traffic until it died down post midnight. Great location. Would stay there again. "

"interesting concept for a hotel, very simple and clean rooms at a good price. Thing that stands out for me is the staff. they were amazing! so friendly and helpful. i had an early flight so i had to leave before breakfast opened. they made me tea and organised some fruit and toast, did what they could. its a great hotel if your staying 1-2 nights in Bangkok and i would stay again "

"Beds were awful and I’m not sure if they get cleaned or dusted at all. AC had no way to adjust and soap wasnt refilled. Nice staff though and good area, you get what you pay for. Just a bit of a misnomer with the name. "

"Great service and hotel was very clean, only issue is since its near a highway the building swerves a bit since its a busy route for trucks. Its structurally safe and if I had to go back BITEC I would book with them again "
