"The breakfast was average at best. The TV in our room was difficult to understand the controls. A connection was not connected and when connected seemed to solve the initial problem but then the controller did not change channels. After a half hour we just gave up and being tired just went to bed. They need to find a simpler way to watch TV. The controller had too many options most of which are not necessary."

"Employees were wonderful! We had to ask for our room to the trash carried out and for clean towels after the first night. Sign on bathroom mirror said they would make beds, dump trash, bring clean towels and none of it was done after the first night. The second night everything was done. Room was clean…Matress was hard as a rock….Refrigerator barely keep things cool…No microwave in room, had to go down stairs."

"Bed was a little sucken on each side. Had to wait quite awhile to check in because it was Christmas night and no cleaning staff working so the person at check in had to also assist guest in their rooms. "

"The staff were a delight!! We were traveling over the holidays and had a last minute emergecy chamge of plans and the staff helped us kindly and made our crisis into a small bump in the road. We will stay here again!"

"Overall, a great stay. Our heater wasn’t working and the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful and was able to move us to a room just a couple of doors down to help minimize our move. We greatly appreciated that. "
