"Nice small town hotel. Staff was friendly! Had an issue with the heater in one room so we were switched with no problem. Nice to see Deer roaming around the property like they are guests as well. Keep the toilet paper at whole roll!"

"This place is fine. The location in Paonia couldn’t be better, walkable to everywhere in town. We only met the housekeeper and she was super friendly, the room was really clean, and I appreciated the commitment to waste reduction with the shampoo/soap dispensers, refillable water bottle, & ceramic cups. Blackout curtains would make the room perfect. The bed was like a big marshmallow. Room has fridge! "

"Our room which was in a fairly new building on top of a hill in very scenic mountain lake setting was very roomy and well stocked with all amenities needed. The hotel lodge with home cooked breakfast being available at a reasonable cost was convenient and satisfying and in a nice lodge dining setting. We were just passing through and wish we had planned more time to further enjoy the area."
