Owner very responsive to questions when checking in. Great spot to use as a launching point to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. "This property is very old and needs a house a total remodel. We didn't get clean towels, sheets or hand soap. Air conditioning isn't central, in room units. It also needs a total professional cleaning. They also need an on-site 24‐7 manager."

"We had a very pleasant stay thanks to the genuine friendliness of the other guests. Rooms are quite small but clean a comfortable bed. Creek in the back was a nice touch for the common area but wished the table and chairs had been cleaned.place just needs a little sparkle. Host was very responsive."
