"Property was exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay. Had a beautiful sunset and enjoyed sitting on the porch having breakfast and coffee in the morning. Owner very responsive to questions when checking in. Great spot to use as a launching point to the north rim of the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Would definitely stay here again if in the area in the future. "

"Cute, clean house a short distance from town. We were only there for one night but would love to come back for longer! We loved how dog friendly it was. The driveway is steep but was no issue. There was no cell service for us in Paonia (verizon) so make sure to download/screenshot house directions ahead of time! "
