Beautiful location
This cabin was in a beautiful location. The local BBQ is a must! Although, in the listing it says there’s cell service but there is none whatsoever until you’re 30 min. back down into town. Unfortunately the cabin was not cleaned and previous visitors garbage was still left inside. It’s also important to note there are a lot of foxes around so be careful with your pets. Otherwise, we enjoyed our trip!

Beautiful location and comfortable/unique lodging
We spent two nights iat this great property. Overall, it was nicely appointed, the beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet. Although we didn't sleep in the teepee it appeared that it was likely very comfortable. We enjoyed regular visits from fox but did not feed them (hope others don't also). The only thing that was missing was coffee (for those that are addicted you might consider bringing your own grounds (there was a coffee maker). We always find it interesting that "pets are welcome" in the description of the property but we learn later, after booking, that house rules prohibit pets on the furniture. Would return to this property again.

Beautiful area
After driving 16 hours to get to there all I wanted to do was nap. After about a hour I get a knock on the door from the owner saying he had a tile guy coming so I had to get my wife and dog and head out while I waited. No cell reception fo at least a hour each direction which is nice unless you need to get a hold of the owner to ask how to open the washing machine which I was told use a butter knife to pry it open. Other than that amazing view and cute cabin make sure to go to the grocery shopping prior.

Great Couples Retreat!
We spent a couple of intentional days at this property in Marble working on our relationship and bonding without the distractions of the rest of the busy world. We thoroughly enjoyed the simple, rustic, yet appropriately stocked and well-maintained cabin lifestyle. We prepped some meals before arrival and cooked others, such as breakfast, since the main bbq restaurant was closed for the season (along with the mill road, etc this time of year), but still had everything we needed to make for a really enjoyable stay. We maybe saw 3-4 people the entire visit. Note that there was absolutely zero internet, cell reception, or TV etc. at the property, but there was a landline should we have needed it for emergency purposes. All things considered, spending some intentional time together off the communication grid (all we brought were some games and a portable music speaker) was a much needed moment for us, and building a nice fire with some manufactured logs we brought with us, inside the teepee with some snowflakes trickling through the smoke vent in the roof with some good music playing made for a truly unique and memorable experience. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Warm and cozy
My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this cabin in the town of Marble. It was small but the right size for 2 people and 2 dogs. It'd be a tight squeeze with 4 people. Plenty of heat, working appliances, hot water in the shower, big driveway/parking, secure locks, etc. It's in a good spot to explore things like the Crystal Mill and other spots around Marble. A block from the BBQ place in town (which is _basically_ the only thing in town). Like the ad says, you won't have any phone reception or internet, so be prepared. It'd be really nice if the owners had internet here. There is a "Hub" coffee shop in town with wifi but they're only open seasonally. Also, get groceries in Carbondale on the way! The ladder gets tiresome after you've been there a few days, going up and down, but it's not a big deal for a rental. When we were there it rained a lot and had before we arrived, so the teepee was basically unusable. Not a big deal for us but something to keep in mind if you're planning to. As of our stay, the yard does still have 2 permanently parked vehicles (a small truck and moving truck). Not a comment on the rental itself, but you should know what you're getting into with the town of Marble. If you've never been to Marble but have to other mountain towns, this is not like other mountain towns. It is extremely small and very private. Don't go expecting a tourist town. Beautiful area but this town is not built for tourists like other places you may have visited. As long as you're expecting that, you'll have a good time.

Great spot to stay in Marble. We enjoyed BBQ and hikes from the cabin. Ran to Crystal Mill. A little fox came to the front porch to say hi.

Cute mini cabin. Overall well designed and Murphy bed surprisingly comfortable. Kitchen small but adequate. Didn’t really end up using the teepee. Cabin more comfortable. Thought this was more remote but that may be on me. Inside chairs need to be replaced. They were unsteady for us and we’re not particularly large.

I found this cute cabin online while looking for a wknd cabin to stay at while checking out Crystal Mill and the local history. Great location, walking distance to Slow Groovin BBQ, which was delicious and had live music! Great cabin, tranquil and you could walk to the river too!!

We had a great time. Marble is a cute small town and the house is close to the HUB (for wifi) and a great BBQ place. if you have kids it would be great to let them stay in the teepee. We look forward to staying again! There is no cell service in Marble so having the hard line in the house was very helpful along with the washer and dryer.

This small cabin is in great shape and right up the street from Slow Groovin'. The porch is a lovely spot to sip coffee and watch the hummingbirds.

Quiet, off-grid cabin
The cabin was nice, but a little tight for a family of 4. No internet/TV/Cell signal made for a great break. The lake was a 1 minute drive with great fishing a beautiful scenery. We were able to go horseback riding, 4x4 rides, fishing and hiking within 5 minutes of the cabin.

Lovely Cabin with a View
This is a cute space with a lovely front deck, nice kitchen, and a comfortable bathroom complete with laundry which was useful. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated that it was dog-friendly. The ladder to the sleeping loft is steep but has good handholds.

Amazing experience!
My partner and I stayed here with our two young children along with my mum. The checkin experience was seamless and the house and teepee were clean and tidy. The views and wildlife encounters were what makes this property so special! My family and I will definitely be staying here again!

The cabin was nice but teepee was terrible
The cabin was very comfortable and pleasant. The yard has old cars in it and the teepee was unusable due to the bad smell of mildew and mold. It also had old rotten feathers along the inside linener. The outside firr out is very large but was nice to have since you couldn't use the the one inside the tent. There were deers and foxes walking in the fields by cabin. Overall nice little cabin and served it purposes as it was closed to the lake and the wildlife but we were differently a little disapointed in the yard and tent condition.
