"This hotel was fabulous! I'm extremely picky and was concerned of how this was going to go as we had to be in Pullman, though this hotel exceeded all my expectations. So comfortable, lots of room, clean, renovated rooms, quiet. So great! Don't stay anywhere else nor be fooled by the 2.5 stars as it should be higher."

"Great space, and the kitchenette in particular is nicely stocked. Shower is excellent. Bathroom is a bit unusual if you haven't traveled outside the US. The toilet/sink set up is Japanese in design and the lack of outlets in the bathroom reminds me of England. Only really challenging issue we had was the noise. The walls/ceiling are so thin that everyone's voice, toilet flush, etc. is audible. I don't think the other guests were particularly noisy in any way. It's just the construction. The...
