"Love that it was walkable to almost everything. Beach and pool were right there. Wish there was another dining option indoors that was more family friendly and not so expensive and/or a gift shop that sold more food options for grab and go. Overall, highly recommend this property! "

"The only thing that really bother is that early in the morning some of the staff are so loud and also slamming at the doors while cleaning Of rooms overall it’s a really nice and updated hotel with excellent services and nice restaurants. Will be back for sure !!!! "

"This property was severely challenged by hurricane damage, and while the property itself certainly lacked in several areas, the staff was exceptional in their attempts to do everything they could to service and provide for the guests."

"Need remodeling "

"It’s still a construction zone (hotel and area) from the hurricanes so not everything is working. There is only one elevator for each area and they are extremely slow. The couches in the rooms need replaced. We ended up taking the mattress for the pull out bed and putting it on the floor as we needed the extra sleeping space. The staff was super friendly and helped with anything that was needed. The pool and restaurant are open again so that was good for our group. The a/c worked really...
