"My room was small, but well appointed, with a large bathroom and comfortable bed. The room was very clean and the linens and furniture were in excellent condition. Being downtown, I expected to hear noise but it was pretty quiet. The neighborhood is about what you'd expect for downtown, but the hotel felt safe."

"The young lady at the front desk seemed miserable and unapproachable. Luis, was great! He worked the breakfast shift on Christmas Eve. The suite I stayed in was very dated. The suite was not cleaned upon my arrival. Arm chair, sofa and coffee table was stained, dirty and old. I had to buy 3 Glade air fresheners to get rid of old smells. I did have a good time here but that front desk worker as I mentioned above was not helpful and needs to be retrained . "
