"Hotel is in a great location for the christmas market, restaurants and attractions, however the property itself is outdated. The room had the bare minimum of amenities, however there were stains on the floor and rust forming around the shower. Staff were very friendly and offered to watch my bags in the lobby (however they weren't in a secured room, so if you have valuables make sure they store it elsewhere)"

There’s a burger restaurant nearby (similar to McDonald’s) that offers great takeaway burgers at affordable prices. The staff were friendly and quick to help. "Staffs were nice, friendly and informative. The hotel is old, more like motel, need up date and keep the outside area clean. The bed and linen sheets are cleaned but the carpet was not so it’s smell musty. The area is good and convenient to restaurants and stores. The continental breakfast was very good more than what we expected, eggs and bacon etc. "

"The hotel was conveniently located to the university, just a minute or two from the Observatoire tram stop (direct connection C tram from the Gare Centrale train station). While no hot food, the breakfast buffet was full and fresh and good value, the room with panoramic windows had good light and outside air control, and tram sound was minimal with the windows closed. "Some staff can’t speak english and it was so hard to communicate with them! Luckily, there was one who can speak a little and he was really helpful for telling what to take for transportation! "

"Very nice people and a nice hotel in a quaint little French village. I happen to stay here the night of the annual town festival and the bumper cars were literally nested up against the hotel. This thing ran until the early hours of the morning, but this is not the hotel's fault. If you can't beat em, join em, so I ultimately just went down and hung out with the locals until the fest was over."
