"We saw all the terrible reviews on our way to this stay so we were definitely nervous! However on arrival we were relieved, from the outside and reception it is not the most glamorous hotel and if you’re expecting “hotel service” don’t, it is a very basic place, the room itself was clean and very spacious, kitchenette worked great and we saved heaps home cooking meals this week, we couldn’t work out the AC unit however the fan worked fine! "The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom got really hot after a shower. A/C worked great, and the keyless entry was great. "

"Very surprised when we got there we couldn't get in, walked right round the block to find a way in. Owner very friendly and his new dog, room very basic and clean, for the price it was fine. We did not realise he only has a few rooms on the first floor, the rest of the building is apartment's or offices, hence why we couldn't walk in. Breakfast was very basic but for the price it was fine. "

"We were able to make the reservations easily the evening before our check in, the place is in a great location of the town of Menton & near the train station. The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view from the balcony. I’d 100% stay here again especially considering reception notified us that we’ll receive a discount next time if we order directly through their website. "

"Easy walk to restaurants, sea and groceries. Room is simple and well done, has everything we need (we loved having an electric kettle in our room and complimentary tea, etc. in the lobby) Secure parking was my main concern since I'm relocating and everything I own is in my car for this trip. Parking was an individual garage on the property for 15 euro, so that was a great comfort. Owner is very nice and helpful, we would stay here again. "
