Mercure Nice Marche aux Fleurs

4.0 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very Good, (817)
"The location is fantastic - right on the edge of the old town and walking distance of the train and tram stations. Fantastic for seeing everything you would want to see in Nice. Interesting rooms in two levels - with the bathroom and small living room on the lower floor and bed on the upper floor via a staircase. It could do with a small sofa on the lower floor, as it seemed slightly wasted space, even through there was a TV there. Door to a balcony - although be aware that the hotel front is...

Charming and Characterful One Bed, Superb Central Location Old Town Nice

9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (76)
"This wonderful apartment was very well maintained and comfortable for 2 people. You could easily sleep 3. Charm is flowing throughout the entire place. The neighborhood is unbeatable. You step out into what looks like a movie set. It is a 3 minute walk to the daily farmers market and 1 minute walk to the beach. I would not stay anywhere else when I return to Nice. The owners communicate quickly. Overall one of the best locations that I’ve stayed in! "

"The hotel is a little tad dated & needs some money spent on renovating it. As well the air conditioning wasn’t working fully. It wasn’t hot but still it didn’t seem to send out cool air when I tried a few times to get my room cool. Great location. "

Charming apartment Nice old town near beaches

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (85)
" I spent 12 days in this well located, clean and cozy apartment. Frédérique and Olivier were warm and welcoming and very helpful, orienting me to the apartment and the neighborhood, and made it clear they were available and easily reachable over the course of my stay if I had any problems or questions. Olivier came the last morning to help with my luggage (help that was much needed as the stairs are steep, narrow and irregular, as is common in older more historically located buildings.). The...
