"Lovely property. Find the standard rooms much better than the luxary rooms.(should have been reverse).Beautiful view from room no.410. The sheets in the dining room are torn. Gives a bad impression. Service, cleanliness everything good. Will like to come back. The staff take good care of its customers. Thanks."

"Loved my short stay at the property. Everyone was warm and welcoming; and informative about the places nearby which really helped me in exploring nearby attractions. The views from the property was just breathtaking as it had started snowing just a day before I reached Manali. Will visit again and stay longer next time. "The staff was the highlight. The breakfast crew remember every morning that I wanted black coffee, so they ordered as soon as they saw me. They call your room to ask if you want breakfast or dinner room service. I thought it felt like upselling and was annoying. But things were good nonetheless"
