"My family had a wonderful vacation stay at the Orchard Greens. The rooms were comfortable and most services were a phone call away. Excellent room service and good housekeeping. Breakfast buffet was well prepared and had enough variety for all family members. Kids loved playing in the kiddie park and lawn upfront. Most Manali locations were easily walkable. Overall, I would recommend this hotel and it is perfect for anyone going with kids and grandparents to Manali. "

"Staying here was a pleasure. The location could not be better just a short stroll to Mall Road. The food was exceptional and the garden area was a peaceful retreat. The gym was well maintained which was a bonus for us. The rooms were clean and well appointed and the staff was friendly and the service was great."

"It was highly inconvenient and the manager is highly disrespectful.They took the whole money before hand and we did not even stay there for the whole trip and checked out a day earlier and they didn’t refund a penny.. food was disgusting.. toilets clogged and food leaking .. highly unhygienic and stinky place .. I came all the way from Canada and I highly regret my decision. No courtesy ."
