"Great breakfast, as many mentioned. Beds are comfortable. Parts of the hotel are worn but ok. Sink did not drain well. Strangely, cold water was on left."

"Considering how BAD the area is in Kent, this hotel is doing a good job controlling access to the property. The rooms are updated pretty well. One Caveat is the tub in my room has paint peeling really bad. Also, the hot water wasn't very hot. Otherwise, good experience. "

"The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Rosie was an exceptional front desk associate. Even when it was very busy in the morning, she took the time to help us with our luggage and gave us travel advice. She also helped our party navigate our departure from the hotel to the airport with patience and care. "

"We stayed overnight on a flight from overseas to avoid a red eye flight. They have a shuttle service for the airport. The only downside of the shuttle is that it runs on the half hour and we had to stand out in the cold because the pickup is not close to warmth at the airport. Coming from Hawaii we weren’t dresses for the 20’s. But the room was fabulous, the staff wonderful. The breakfast substantial and the bed pretty comfortable. "
