"I loved the fact it had insite facilities such as tbe resturant and bar. Also lovely heated pools. A nice holiday destination for familes with playground courys and pools. Some buildings are looking a little tired and shabby from the outside. Maybe rooms need a little freshening up."

"The property is under renovation, but the room we had was newly renovated and was lovely, the only downside was there was no AC although there are fans, The front of house staff were amazing and very helpful, The room was serviced as requested, "

"Let's be honest Rotorua stinks...a sulphur lake would do that, and you get used to it. The hotel is lovely. Most activities in town are for adrenaline junkies but I recommend the Polynesian spa and Te Pa Tu - you get to see kiwis! "

"Greeted by the lovely Zita! She showed us around & how to get in & out of our room. So handy to Eat Street & Sir Howard Morrison Entertainment Ctr, parking a breeze & free! "The pool was out of action disappointingly and the bar shut quite early. We would have stayed in town had we realised we weren’t within walking distance of amenities. However staff were really nice and the rooms were lovely. I have left a dress in the wardrobe and can’t seem to get an answer to my emails. "
