"Overall the property is nice, but could use a re-fresh and some renovation. Everything appears to be a little dated in the common areas (couches, carpet, rugs, etc) The staff is incredibly friendly, polite and helpful and the best part of the stay."

"It was very nice property but there only one onset facility except for the foot bath that was not covered and small… and the property only had one lounge area which serviced some rings & snacks but the lounge was too small for the amount of guess. Pause our room was in the 4th floor & stomping foot sound echoed all night "

"Nice place to stay overnight if you have something to do in Izumi. Next door is a good sushi restroom with excellent value. Close to the highway. Bathroom didn’t have good air ventilation and smelt funny from the start. Only negative thing though. Would star her again for the the price"

"It was as if taking a step back in time. Drifting off to sleep in a dark room with the snow falling through the positioned sliding windows as to not see any of the surrounding modern day buildings, was a marvellous experience that I shall treasure forever. Great amenities, a karoke room, natural onsens, a library and not to mention both a wonderful supper and breakfast, not to mention buffet style. My only regret is not booking another night! "The place was as described. The indoor onsen was small. Didn't go for the outdoor onsen as the timing pretty early from 5.30am-8.15am and have to complete my breakfast by 8.15am. Overall the stay was comfortable."
