"Three friends and I recently stayed at the Baymont in Des Moines to attend a scrapbooking weekend. The hotel was not the newest, but was comfortable and clean. The staff was accommodating and kind. Two of us needed to stay another night and they helped us switch rooms easily. My travel pillow had been left behind in the first room and the housekeeping service tracked us down in our new room to deliver it to me. That was beyond excellent service!
